What it does
What the module gives you day to day.
Work orders
See every order’s status: not started, in progress, paused, awaiting quality check, completed. Items are tracked and completed per batch, with a logged history.
Bills of materials and operations
Bills of materials saved as templates or imported from Excel, with operations and workstations. Workstations have capacity, location and status.
Quality inspection
Inspection templates and error codes, inspections at work-order level, and a quality register where every check can be looked up.
Bin-level warehouse
Warehouses with zones, racks and bins, a warehouse map and occupancy. Stock movements from receipt to issue for manufacturing, with material requests.
Demand forecasting
Forecasts from sales orders, invoices or stock issues using several statistical methods (e.g. moving average, Holt-Winters), with backtested accuracy.
Shop-floor login with PIN
Warehouse staff, quality inspectors and operators log in on the shop-floor device with their own PIN, without a full user account each.
